Continue to grow your skills with valuable teaching and learning experiences. The Wilderness Instructor Apprenticeship Program is for individuals who have completed the Wilderness Certification Program (or an equivalent in-depth training in nature skills) and are seeking to further develop their outdoor leadership and teaching skills.
The apprenticeship program provides the opportunity to assist at Alderleaf courses, gaining valuable hands-on experience with leading groups and lessons under the guidance of experienced wilderness teachers.
To Apply: To apply to the Wilderness Instructor Apprenticeship Program write a two-page letter of intent that describes your personal goals in the program and what you will bring to the apprenticeship program.
