Registering for a course at Alderleaf is easy. For your convenience we offer three different ways to register and can accept checks, money orders, and credit cards. Please read our cancellation policy and discount information at the bottom of this page. Thanks!
Please note: For the
Wilderness Certfication Program
please complete the
Certification Program Application.
To register for a course, you can choose one of three options:
1.) Register by Phone: Call our office at (360) 793-8709.
2.) Register by Mail: Download and complete our
Mail-In Registration Form.
3.) Register Online (credit card required)
To register online please choose a course from the following list:

Course Discounts - Receive 10% Off
We offer three ways to receive a 10% discount for our short courses (day-long, weekend, and week-long courses):
1. Early Registration Discount: Register at least two months prior to the start date and receive a 10% discount; or
2. Family/Friend Discount: Register together with a family member or friend at the same time and receive a 10% discount; or
3. Multiple Class Discount: Register for more than one class at the same time and receive a 10% discount.
(Please note: To receive the the discount, you
must register by phone or postal mail, as our online registration system
is unable to calculate discounts)
Cancellation Policy*:
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason here is how it works:
- One month or more before a course begins: full refund.
- One month to two weeks before a course begins: 50% refund.
- Less than two weeks before the course: no refund will be provided.
Should a course be canceled by Alderleaf, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.
